Brief: Design a passively cooled dwelling for an entrepreneur, using only 4 massing blocks, on a 15m x 15m plot with a height limit of 8.5m.
Design Intent: The site is a ‘walking in the forest’ experience, where it serves as a hub of inspiration, development, and socialisation.

I tackled the steep learning curve of rendering construction drawings in Photoshop for the first time by watching numerous YouTube tutorials and experimenting with various techniques to develop a cohesive representational style through trial and error.
I addressed the challenge of making the roof garden meaningfully useful for the user by combining it with a private de-stressing spot, using terraced planter boxes as spatial boundaries to enhance privacy, outdoor comfort, and safety.
