Key Contributions

• Building Service Centre Design Proposal (pg 28): Optimised the spatial layout of the Building Service Centre for the Tampines East Street 22 HDB project by testing three design options, and proactively enhancing the outdoor area's functionality, enabling clear distinction of zones from public to private.

• Sequential Diagram (pg 27): Designed a high-clarity sequential diagram for the Champions Green HDB project, simplifying key decisions into a minimalist format inspired by BIG’s sequential diagrams, improving stakeholder understanding of the precinct’s spatial organisation for a design award presentation.

• Way-finding Motif Logos (pg 12 & 21): Designed two distinct wayfinding motif logo sets (kampong animals and snack) for the Tampines East Street 22 project’s multi-storey carpark and community living room, ensuring graphical and paintable applications, and enhancing user navigation and visual identity.
